Professor Wei Xianchao, Professor Lan Jingsong, and Associate professor Gilsun Song were invited to visit Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea. Dean Kim, JongWook, Vice Dean Lee Kyeong-Hwa, vice Dean Woo Yong-Je , vice dean Sang-Hak Jeon and others warmly welcomed the visiting delegation. Professor Wei gave further comments about cooperation between both colleges and the need for more understanding through various academic activities. Dean Kim also agreed with his ideas and suggested sharing common academic issues and more activities together.
 

      The delegation participated in the International Conference on Education Research (ICER) 2012- held at Seoul National University October 17-19, 2012. During the international conference, Professor Wei gave a presentation ‘Education and Tools’ which analyzed education development through different tools and considered the future roles of teachers and how student knowledge is affected by advancing technological tools. Professor Lan Jingsong gave a speech ‘The fate of humankind and higher education: A perspective of praxeology and quiet-ology’, which analyzed the realm of the self and the changing fate of human beings relating to ideas of universities in the 21st century. Associate professor Gilsun Song gave a speech on ‘EU social integration and international students’ study abroad,’ which analyzed how overseas students are integrating into foreign universities and societies and suggested the need for further emphasis on language training and mutual understanding.
